Heidi Klum Collection in Lidl, all under €30

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

The Heidi Klum collection has only just launched in Lidl and has almost sold out in my local Lidl, there were so many empty shelves I barely had time to photograph the clothes.

No wonder the line has already sold out, as you can see in the pictures above, the collection is absolutely stunning, they have gorgeous winter coats all under €30.

Not only that, but most of the clothes are sparkly galore, which is just perfect in time for Christmas party and New Year season.

The clothing line has everything from t-shits, to trousers, including leather look trousers ;), jumpsuits, coats, shoes, clutch bags.

I even bought a pair of jeans for myself, they are super soft and long which is so essential for me being 5 foot 11.

I must admit through the sizes seem quite small, as I purchased a size 14 which is normally a great size for me due to my height, but these trousers were very snug, therefore that must be something to look out for, maybe Heidi Klum designed clothes for her own size, who knows…

How I Stopped My Daily Migraines With Computer Glasses.

Being a travel agent I spend about 38 hours a week looking at computer screens.
After about 2 hours I started developing really bad headaches that would linger form about 11:00am until I went to sleep.

Not only that, but my eyes would start watering in any well lit or dark room.

Until I came across a sponsored add while on my nightly scrolls.
It was an add for computer glasses… computer glasses, what?

They are just “fake glasses” with a light filter, which filters the blue light or the HEV light on your computer screen which causes the discomfort, because of the staring at the screen for too long.
Anywho, I checked out the website and all of the glasses prices ranged from €40.00 – €50.00, not bad.

I started some research, seeing if I could possibly find them any cheaper else where, just in case.
Long story short –  I didn’t… I couldn’t even find anyone else who sold them.

I read many bloggers reviews of these glasses and they all seemed legit, so I went and ordered them.

They were delivered to me in 1 day, (free delivery too, and they give you time to return them if you are un-happy).

So… I wore them for a week, my headaches disappeared immediately, however in the mornings waking up my eyes were almost swollen and very uncomfortable, so I decided that I wouldn’t wear them next week and that they were a sham and caused me more discomfort than anything and I really thought about calling out the company for this.

I didn’t wear them  for a week and I felt fine, I had no headaches and swollen eyes in the morning, however on week 2 of no glasses the headaches made a swift recovery, so I figured I’d give the glasses another go.

This time I had no headaches and no swollen eyes or any discomfort – turns out my eyes just needed to adjust to the glasses.

And once they did, I never felt better about staring at a computer all day.

My €11.50 Outfit.

On my regular Wednesday off work, I decided to get myself a new outfit.
It’s your typical Irish November day filled with rain, therefore I knew I needed something to keep me warm enough as I knew I would spend my whole evening out in the 50% baltic 50% scorching beer garden.

I picked up the jeans for €5.00, they were reduced down from €17.00 and were the only pair left.
They were a size 16, which is one size above my regular 14, but when I tried them on, they fit like a glove, so no complaints here.

The top is actually 2 separate tops that I combined together for a slightly more modest and slightly warmer feel.
The vest underneath is you basic, always €2.50 vest.
The mesh top was €1.00 reduced from €6.00.

And finally the velvet shoes, they are a size 7 and I’m normally a size 8, but they were open toed and I thought I’d take the chance and try them on just in case and they fit perfectly too. Reduced to only €3.00, down from €16.00.

I couldn’t have gotten a better bargain and a large point to this is that every stores sizes are clearly subjective, if you have the time, try a size up and a size down if you don’t see your own, its a great way to score a bargain outfit.

I saved €30.00 on this outfit.
